ssamjang Cooking with Korean sauce Gochujang-Doenjang Sauce for Wraps
Korean Food : Ingredients of ssamjang
Red pepper paste (kochujang) 1 tablespoon
soybean paste(daenjang) 2 tablespoon
garlic mashed 1 tablespoon
onion sliced 2 tabledpoon
chili cut to a small piece 1 tablespoon
green onions slices 1 tablespoon
rice wine 2 tablespoon
honey 1 tablespoon
cooking oil 1 tablespoon
pepper 1 teaspoon
soup stock powder 1 teaspoon
Korean Food : Preparation of ssamjang
1. Heat oil in a pan by use medium heat. Put onion, garic, rice wine and honey. Stir it until it sticky.
2. Put soup stock powder, pepper, chilli, soybean paste and red pepper paste to stir.
3. serve to sauce cup and put green onion on top
